My e-magazine “À Table with Audrey” (Volume 2, Summer 2021) is out!

I am very excited to announce Volume 2 of “À Table with Audrey” (Summer 2021) is now available!  “À Table with Audrey” is an e-magazine meant to inspire you to cook seasonal produces and (re)kindle with the pleasures of making and serving delicious homemade recipes throughout the seasons.

Simple Seasonal Recipes for Everyday Cooking. 

Welcome Summer! Warmer days are finally here – and with them the arrival of sun-drenched produces: tomatoes, peppers, eggplants… but also delicious sweet berries and later in Summer, stone-fruits.

With an abundance of produces available, Summer is ideal for lighter, fresh and vibrant recipes. But it is also barbecue season! So, make sure to try my crowd-pleasing Grilled Chicken Bruschetta (p. 21) and my sweet and savory Grilled Steak and Peach Salad (p. 23).
