I am very excited to announce the launch of “À Table with Audrey” (Volume 1, Spring 2021) – an e-magazine meant to inspire you to cook seasonal produces and (re)kindle with the pleasures of making and serving delicious homemade recipes throughout the seasons.

Exciting news – I will be at Kurtz Culinary in Niagara-on-the-Lake this Saturday, November 16th, starting at 11:30am, to sign copies of my Book “Rustic French Cooking Made Easy”. Tada! Here is the cover of my upcoming cookbook: Rustic French Cooking Made Easy.  I hope you like it! My opinion might definitely be a bit biased, but I love this cover – even more, as I know how much work went into designing it and taking the photos. It took a lot of deliberation to pick which font, colors, textures and photos were going to make it on the cover.
