As someone who very often eats leftover quiche the next day, I say absolutely! It obviously won&#039;t be quite as fluffy and fresh tasting, but it&#039;s close! Just cool completely before wrapping the quiche in wrap/foil and placing in the fridge. Remove from the fridge about 60-90min prior to reheating in a 325/350F oven until just heated through (usually 10min or so). Just make sure you uncover the quiche prior to reheating or it gets a touch soggy. Good luck!]]></description>
