It differs quite a bit from the tarragon and fricasée, but is quite delicious in its own right. A truly unique taste that you may not have had with chicken before. Enjoy!

My boyfriend loves French cooking and we’ve tried a few of your recipes already (Chicken Tarragon and Chicken Fricasée) and he always raves. Even on a bad day, when I try to soothe him with a home-cooked recipe and he isn’t receptive, if I say ‘Its from Pardon Your French’ he immediately perks up and tells me to make the dish; no further complaints!
