While reading your articles I saw a recipe for braised chicken thighs with rhubarb . I tried, unsuccessfully, to find a printable size recipe. I then was unable to find the recipe again and it was not listed in your recipe index. Could you please tell me how to retrieve this recipe.
I am sorry I find sub stacks very confusing and difficult to navigate but I do enjoy your updates and your recipes.

I love your newsletter! My ancestors were from Brittany and I feel an attachment to the region. I spent a week in Locquirec on the north coast in 2022, and this year I’ll spend several days in Pont Aven.
