Wonderful, Nandita! Don&#039;t worry too much about browning, this can be flour dependant. The point is, you accurately dialed in when the cake was done, which is the most important part.

					<description><![CDATA[Hi Audrey, I made this cake today and it is delicious! It&#039;s light and moist with a crunchy edge, lovely lemony flavor and a nice balance of tart and sweet. I reduced the sugar to 150g and added more lemon zest because I had extra. I didn&#039;t get a golden surface after 40 minutes in the oven, but it was fully baked, so I took it out of the oven and sprinkled powdered sugar on top for a pretty look. Thank you for an easy and tasty recipe!]]></description>

Question - after baking, do you notice any clumps or dry pockets of flour, or are they gone? Small little clumps are generally ok, like with a pancake batter... But large clumps would be an issue.]]></description>
