					<description><![CDATA[Absolutely wonderful recipe! I made this - consistently wonderful results every time! The delicate fragrance of the dough fills the house. The beautiful, sweet shine contrasts with the soft crumb. For our family with picky tastes, I make the glaze with apricot jam, warmed and puréed, then I stir in a tablespoon or two of light rum. The crown is glazed, then we add a kind of gum drop candy in the shape of colorful citrus sections. Having everyone ask for another slice is the highest praise! Thank you so much for providing this beautiful recipe for others to share.]]></description>
