In reply to Dawn. Hi Dawn, I would recommend using a metal cake pan (9-10″). A cake pan doesn't retain heat as much as a skillet does, so the pancake may not puff up as much but it will still work! I hope this helps, happy cooking!

I’m eager to make this, but I have no oven-safe skillet. Can I use a glass bakeware dish or a non-stick cake pan? If so, what size would you recommend? Thanks!
