It can very colorful and vibrant and bursting with flavors… I am especially thrilled at the salads we have created in this country, they’re so incredinly satisfying! Hello, Daniel. I do have a recipe for duck fat potatoes, but the gizzard salad, no. However, I do like gizzard when prepared well (as does my husband), so I’ll definitely have a lok at some local butcher shops and see if they have any behind the counter and see what that’s all about, and maybe I can recreate one.
