Thank you Audrey for this recipe. As a small baker I have started to sell these and they gone down an absolute storm with my customers. I only wish your blog wasn’t so crowded with adverts, I’d happily subscribe to a version that was free from them as it detracts from your excellent content.

One of the best pastries ever! So, so good and so easy. I’m glad we only had 4 croissants left as 8 don’t last long and I could eat all the almond cream croissants now
