Merci, and I totally agree on the fleur de sel. It’s magic! Also, great tip on chilling the dough balls – I often do this too when I think of making the cookies ahead of time. But I get greedy when it comes to cookies and want to bite into them asap, so the chilling doesn’t happen has often as I’d like 🙂

I love that you explain the role of Fleur de Sel instead of just listing it as an ingredient. It’s such a small finishing touch, but it really lifts the chocolate and butter flavours. These are the best choc chip cookies. Other recipes don’t even come close. I appreciate your specific instructions and metric weights in all the steps.
