David, if I had the slightest idea I promise I would let you know. I have never personally tried with a milk alternative and would hate to tell you &quot;sure!&quot; and not have it turn out. 

What I would suggest, if you&#039;re willing - make it minus the fruit and see how it turns out. This way if it&#039;s not going to work, you save the money and the delicious fruits. I think it would work, but perhaps with some textural differences.]]></description>
