Agreed! For far too long, too many have been taught that the tops of veggies are waste… And every often, they’re not! Sometimes, sure, but especially root veggie tops have some strong purpose 🙂

Absolutely, radish leaf soup is grossly under appreciated by folks who never thought of making soup from radish leaves. In my experience they are easily converted, if you can get them to taste it. (Many think it’s a kind of pea soup, until you tell them.)

Thank you so much for checking in, Nikki. The storm hit hard over here, absolutely. Been without cell phone service for 3 days now, many without hydro, trees downed, and slats everywere. Massive waves and 200km/hr winds, but we’re safe! Luckily!
